Niches Revolution Review - is it any good?

Thumbs Downd

Here's Why I Gave Niches Revolution Thumbs Down

The Good

You 2 PLR niche packages each month. Each package contains a PDF and RTF eBook, a sales letter in RTF and html format, the eBook in audio format in MP3 format, a background image, a buy button, three e-book covers, a five-part email follow-up series, header and footer images, an adsense website on the same topic, 30 plr articles on the niche, and a thank-you page in html

You also get 200 PLR articles and 10 adsense sites on other topics

The site also contains many videos showing you how to modify and upload the content, and how to promote your website using their tools

The Ugly

All of the pictures supplied are in jpg format and not Adobe Photoshop.

The cover art is supplied in Adobe InDesign format but wouldn't open with my InDesign CS2.

What killed this PLR membership site for me is their terms of use. Something you don't have access to until you join.

You don't have master resale rights which isn't a big deal.

You cannot claim copyright to the products or their content unless you were to substantially rewrite them, which also isn't a big deal.

A NicheRevolution.com member can NOT give any NicheRevolution.com product away for free OR for less than the suggested price that has been posted to NicheRevolution.com for each product, also ok because it just protects the integrity of the product and membership value.

A NicheRevolution member may NEVER sell any of the products on eBay under ANY circumstance. Doing so is a just cause to have their membership cancelled immediately - not sure of the reason for that.

Here's the kicker: A NicheRevolution.com member has resale rights to NicheRevolution.com products on a month by month basis as long as he or she is still paying the monthly subscription fee. The member's right to resell any NicheRevolution.com ceases immediately when the member does not pay the monthly membership subscription fee.

You must be a paid member to use any NicheRevolution.com content. If your membership is cancelled you can no longer make use of, modify, display, distribute, or sell any content created by NicheRevolution.com, this includes eBooks, audio eBooks, websites, PLR Articles, and anything else given to paying members. However, if you purchase the one-time license fee after cancellation of membership, then you can continue to use previously downloaded products.

If you cancel your membership but want to continue to use previously downloaded content, you can pay a one-time license fee of $197.00.

So basically, you join, pay a monthly fee and if you cancel, all your work has to be taken down and you have nada unless you pay a $197 fee! Yikes! I've only seen this sort of nonsense with InfoGoRound.

Bottom Line: For the money, might as well pony up an additional $30 and get the Niches-in-a-box package.
